It’s a difficult time for all of us. Right now, we all need to slow down a bit. Without a doubt it’s hard for gym freaks to peacefully accept the fact that from now on, for the next few weeks, they will not be able to go to their favorite place - gym. It's, as if oxygen is suddenly taken away from them. Unfortunately, not everyone has heavy strength equipment at home. So what can you do, to maintain in a good shape and not to give up?
At the moment, we can still exercise outdoors, but the situation may change dramatically at any time. The internet is blowing up with conversations between people who train regularly. Together, they are thinking about how to motivate themselves (when they are stuck at home) and in extreme cases - how to “cheat” and sneak into the gym.
Nonetheless, with full understanding we approach to people who - suddenly cut off from their motivation - are unable to continue training. Usually (B.C. – Before Corona) we complained about how much work we had, exhaustion, but when there are no more reasons to complain – we feel emptiness. It's a perfect time for people who work out, to look inside and answer the key question: Am I really training because I love it? If you answered yes, you will find a way to continue. In a time of crisis and panic, when there is no other topic in the media, it’s a good way to preserve mental and physical health and not be completely absorbed with TV news. Moreover, physical activity is simply good for your body. It strengthens immunity and improves overall vitality.
So how to find motivation when you feel burnt out? There is one proven way. Do you remember how you felt, when you started exercising and you were totally excited about the next workout? It made you happy and gave you the energy. Our point is that, it all started from your desire to change your body, appearance and well-being. Not in a popular gym club. So keep going – we will support you on a regular basis, motivate you to exercise and our team will do all they can, to remind you, that it is not worth giving up!
Stay home, stay healthy!
