We are locked in our houses again. Our lives have turned upside down, and although restaurants and cafes are still open, many of us are simply afraid to visit them. This is the best time to use the excess of free time to cook and sweeten your life. On this occasion, we have prepared a recipe for a delicious, fit apple pie. Check it out.
Ingredients
Apples, 400g
Cinnamon, 1 tbl spoon
Oat flakes, 40g
ActivLab Protein supplement with the flavor of cookies and cream, 15g
Butter, 20g
Preparation:
Cut the apples into small pieces, put them in a pot, add the sweetener (2-3 pieces), cinnamon and some water.
Roast the apples over low heat for about 10 minutes. We translate into two molds.
Grind the flakes into flour, add protein supplement and butter.
We carefully combine the ingredients with each other and knead to create a loose but cohesive consistency.
Crumble our crumble and sprinkle it on apples in molds.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake it until the crumble is completely golden.
